為了調(diào)動團隊工作熱情、提高團隊成員間團結(jié)協(xié)作精神，

進一步增強團隊凝聚力，2020年8月26日，

鉄戈門（TEGOMEN ）團隊成員開展了為期兩天一夜令人難忘的拓展訓(xùn)練。

In order to arouse the enthusiasm of team work, improve the spirit of unity and cooperation among team members,

and further enhance team cohesion, on August 26, 2020,members of the TEGOMEN  team carried out an unforgettable

two-day and one-night Outward Bound training. Let's review the scene together!

鉄戈門團隊一道亮麗的風景活動伊始，在教官的帶領(lǐng)下團隊成員被分成了2個小組。

At the beginning of a beautiful landscape activity,the team members were

divided into two groups under the leadership of instructors.

通過一番頭腦風暴，產(chǎn)生了各富特色的隊名。拓展訓(xùn)練正式拉開了序幕

Through some brainstorming, the team names of various rich colors were produced.

Outward Bound training officially kicked off

在本次拓展訓(xùn)練項目中，拓展項目激發(fā)了大家濃厚的參與興趣與熱情。

面對著一個個充滿挑戰(zhàn)的體驗，各隊隊員集思廣益，團結(jié)協(xié)作，用思考、汗水在同心協(xié)力中成功完成挑戰(zhàn)，

也共同分享了成功的喜悅和挑戰(zhàn)的激情。

In this Outward Bound training project, the Outward Bound project has stimulated people's strong interest and enthusiasm for participation.

Facing the experience full of challenges one by one, the team members draw on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas, unite and cooperate,

successfully complete the challenge with thinking and sweat, and share the joy of success and the passion of challenge together.

拓展訓(xùn)練，累并快樂著！讓每個成員懂得了團隊的力量，

一個人的優(yōu)秀遠不及一個團隊的優(yōu)秀。在以后的工作中，

我們堅信無論遇到什么困難，我們都不是一個人，而是一個團隊在奮斗！
